Flint Barn is a gorgeous house

August 3, 2024

We have enjoyed many family holidays at Flint Barn over the last few years, it is a wonderful place for a holiday on the Norfolk coast. It is a truly special experience to be able to wake up and walk to the beach every morning for a swim before breakfast, we also enjoy walking straight out along the coastline to Sherringham and Cromer.

There are so many beautiful walks and places to visit in this area and almost too many lovely restaurants and pubs to fit into one holiday. Flint Barn is a gorgeous house, light and airy and immaculate inside, outside it is in a quiet cul de sac so it’s very peaceful. The house is really comfortable and cosy and after a long day out there is plenty of space to relax and cook dinner if you want to.

If the weather is kind you can sit outside in the peaceful courtyard area and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. Clare, the owner is very kind and easy to communicate with in booking a stay and the house is always well equiped and in good order. I have stayed in a variety of properties along the North Norfolk coast over the years but Flint Barn is the only one that I keep coming back to, it is such a convenient location and the proximity to the beach, pub and local shop make it a very easy and relaxing place to spend some time.
