Living Room: This cozy space features two 3-seater sofas (one of which is a sofabed), a single bucket chair, and a TV/DVD player for entertainment. A computer console is available for gaming or work, and there’s a variety of reading material to enjoy.
Snug: A more intimate setting with a 3-seater sofa, a bucket chair, and a TV. It’s a great spot to relax and play board games, with a variety provided for your use.
Large Open Plan Kitchen/Diner:
The heart of the home, this area is perfect for gatherings. A large table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes a built-in cooker, microwave, electric hob, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and a dishwasher, wine fridge including a full compliment of plastic children’s dinner sets.
Patio doors open up to the rear garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
First Floor:
Principal Double Bedroom: This spacious room features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin.

Pets are welcome to use the secure rear garden area but we request that they are cleaned up after and when in the house are kept downstairs and off the furniture.
Please make us aware when booking if you will be requiring to use the sofabed in Living room.
